I offer a free initial consultation (30-minutes). This gives you the opportunity to meet with me and see if you feel comfortable working together. You can also see where the sessions will take place. There is no obligation, pressure to commit or to continue with therapy.
What you can expect from our CBT sessions:
We’ll meet up, usually every week, for between 5-20 sessions. Each session will last up to an hour.
We’ll discuss your specific difficulties and set goals for you to work towards.
My role isn’t to tell you what to do, it’s to ask questions that help you make relevant changes or decisions. My CBT training enables me to provide strategies for you to work on at home, with the intention of helping you go about your daily life.
If we decide I can’t help you, then I hope to direct you to other people or organisations that can.

Appointments available on during the day and in the evenings.
All paid sessions cost £45 per hour (payable by cash or cheque on day of appointment).
24-hour notice is required if you need to cancel an appointment.
Cancellations, with less than 24-hour notice, will be charged at ½ session cost (£20).
Missed appointments, without cancellation, will be charged at full session cost (£45).
